🇩🇰 Denmark, 🇫🇮 Finland, 🇬🇷 Greece, 🇮🇪 Ireland

  • Delivery Time: 1-5 business days

Rest of the World 🌍

This includes all other countries, including Mexico 🇲🇽 and Australia 🇦🇺.

  • Flat Rate: Carrier-calculated at checkout
  • Delivery Time: Varies (usually 3-12 business days depending on location and customs)
  • Carriers: DHL eCommerce, DHL Express, UPS


Claims Policy

If your order arrives damaged, we’ll help make it right. To process a claim with the carrier, we’ll need:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the box’s exterior showing any damage
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • A photo of the box’s interior (preferably with the item inside)

Email the required photos to care@cloudnola.com, and we’ll handle the rest. Claims without these details may be denied by carriers.


Return Policy

Not loving your order? No worries! Here’s how to return it:

Eligibility: Returns accepted within 30 days if items are unused and in original packaging.
