Shipping Policy

***During Holidays Policy***

No tracking scans - all carriers provide bulk pick-ups throughout the day. Orders will often only be scanned once they reach their next destination hub. In these instances, we would like to ask you to wait 48 hours for tracking to update.
Claims
Claims - carriers are cracking down on claims! If an item comes damaged, please ask your customers to provide you with the following; if not, we will see the claims denied. 
  1.   A photo of the damaged item
  2.   A photo of the outside of the box and any damages
  3.   A photo of the shipping label on the box
  4.   A photo of the inside of the box (preferably with the item inside)

Shipping Options

We work with UPS, DPD, Post NL and others depending on your geographic location.  We choose the best option to get you your package safe and fast.  Safe being the first priority.  No use to get you a clock fast and have it be broken. 

Shipping Cost

Shipping Cost is calculated at checkout once you have entered your address and item selection.  It is based on your purchase and your location relative to your closest warehouse.

Shipping Time

Order takes a working day to be picked (it could be more on high season) and usually it takes 3-5 days to get to you.  Sometimes is faster if you are closer to the warehouse and sometimes it might be slower if you live far or the product has to go through customs.   By now we know customs can takes from 1 hours to 10 days, we make the best effort to provide all the documentation needed but it is not up to us.  

Handling Time

Most of our orders are packed and ready within 1 or 2 working days.  Made to order or custom items may take longer.

Order Time

Allow at least 24hr for your order to be process.  It usually process much faster.

Shipping Restrictions

We try to serve as many markets as possible.  Some areas have different regulation than other and they are always changing.  If we foresee an unexpected restriction to your territory we will contact you with details. 

Shipping Info

The more information you provide at the checkout the more efficient the service will be.  E-Mail works for tracking and the phone number is use by the delivery service in case of confusion at the time of delivery.
