Claims Policy
If your order arrives damaged, we’ll help make it right. To process a claim with the carrier, we’ll need:
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the box’s exterior showing any damage
- A photo of the shipping label
- A photo of the box’s interior (preferably with the item inside)
Email the required photos to care@cloudnola.com, and we’ll handle the rest. Claims without these details may be denied by carriers.
Return Policy
Not loving your order? No worries! Here’s how to return it:
Eligibility: Returns accepted within 30 days if items are unused and in original packaging.
