Free shipping on orders $100+ · $8.95 flat under $100

🌍 International Shipping

$24.95 flat rate (Canada, UK, EU, etc.)
Delivery in 6–12 business days
Carriers: DHL, UPS, or local post




Claims Policy

If your order arrives damaged, we’ll help make it right. To process a claim with the carrier, we’ll need:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the box’s exterior showing any damage
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • A photo of the box’s interior (preferably with the item inside)

Email the required photos to care@cloudnola.com, and we’ll handle the rest. Claims without these details may be denied by carriers.



Return Policy

Not loving your order? No worries! Here’s how to return it:

Eligibility: Returns accepted within 30 days if items are unused and in original packaging.

  • Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it’s our error.
  • Exchanges: Not offered. Please return the item and place a new order.
