Kleine Cuckoo Clock – Sage

The design of the clock is terrific. The cuckoo mechanism is odd. Instead of the bird cuckooing once for every hour, it chirps twice. So at 1 o’clock it cuckoos two times, and by 12 o’clock it cuckoos 24 times! I contacted the company and was told that this is the way it is designed, although the instructions that came with the clock make no such claim. A potential buyer needs to decide, charmingly quirky or maddeningly irritating!

This Cuckoo Clock is the best present I have ever bought myself. It is so gorgeous and grabs visitors attention each time on the hour. So happy with this product.

Cuckoo mechanism doesn’t work correctly. Overpriced and disappointing.

First of all, the clock came with no instructions. After trying to set clock like a normal clock, it cuckoo’ed on the hour, but wasn’t consistent with the time showing: ie: 6am cuckoo’ed 12 times - sometimes it cuckoo’ed 2, 4, 8, and up to 24 times, but never consistent with the hour showing.
I emailed, called and left messages, with no response; needless to say, very unhappy with your product.

I absolutely love this clock. It looks like a wee birdhouse in my condo. We call our yellow bird Charlie. He visits us on the hour every hour except between 10 pm and 6 am when he is politely quite.

I love the looks of the clock but it doesn't count the hours correctly even tho I have reset it. At 10:00 this morning it coo coo'd 18 times. It hasn't coo coo'd the correct amount of times for the correct time since I've had it even tho I reset it twice and I know I did it according to directions. I don't know what else to do and this is very disappointing considering it was on the expensive side.

Looks great! İt is a gift and we will see how it works then.

Charming, beautiful little cuckoo clock!

Cuckoo sound is a bit muddled. But will see as only heard it once so far!

We adore our new cuckoo clock. It is bringing smiles and some whimsy into our home.

Disappointed because the chirp is not the same as the round clock I originally purchased. It is not as much fun to hear.

It's really cute, just wish the cuckoo chirp reflected the real time....can't quite figure it out.

It’s impossible to get the cuckoo to coordinate with the time. I also called the number and was told that it was full then I tried to give them an email and it doesn’t work. So the clock strikes 27 or 28 times I can’t get it to coordinate at all. I think what I’m gonna do is ask them to replace this product or to refund me my money, but I don’t even know how to get in touch with them to do that so if you published this, I would recommend people not to buy it because I waited three months to get it and it doesn’t work right.
