Occasionally, if the clock hands are moved manually during setup or after shipping, the cuckoo sound can be slightly off timing. This isn’t a defect and is easy to adjust. This short video shows how.

I preordered the Sage Dot Cuckoo Clock when I first saw the add on Facebook. I waited patiently for the December shipment date. It arrived and I loved it! But the cuckoo was stuck inside! I contacted the company, emailed then some information and they got back to me in short order with a possible remedy. I tried the suggestion, but it wasn't the needed remedy. I emailed the company and informed them it didn't work. Within a few minutes I received an email saying that a replacement was being shipped out ASAP. A couple days later I got the replacement and Whoo Hoo!!! the Cuckoo pops out of the clock and sings! It is a beautiful addition to our family room. 5 star clock, ( a bit pricey for what it is, but worth it), and 5 star customer service.

Beautiful

I like the look of it but the cuckoo alarm goes off five minutes early. I went on their website and there’s a video on how to fix this, but it doesn’t seem to work. I’ve emailed their customer support and have no reply yet.

I love the Dot Sage Clock! The hourly chime is pleasant, and I appreciate that the clock automatically silences at night and the volume is adjustable during the day. I love its minimalist and modern look and the sage color is a nice plus. Set up was a breeze. Overall, I’m very pleased with the purchase.
