Dot Sage Cuckoo Clock

Very dissatisfied with the clock, customer support and getting it to function properly.

I love the Dot Sage Clock! The hourly chime is pleasant, and I appreciate that the clock automatically silences at night and the volume is adjustable during the day. I love its minimalist and modern look and the sage color is a nice plus. Set up was a breeze. Overall, I’m very pleased with the purchase.

I love the color, the size and the function but I am experiencing some issues. 1) My clock shipped without a cover for the battery compartment and this could be an issue long term because the cover is likely useful to keep dust from entering that compartment which also includes the controls. 2) After carefully and repeatedly following the instructions my clock tweets al night and is silent for 7 hours during the daytime. I am going to try to contact the company and see if they can help me resolve these issues. If they can I will change my rating to five stars because I love the clock. The clock is in good condition but the lack of a cover for the battery compartment and the issues that I am having makes me question if I received a clock that someone else returned,
